"^^ clarify the intent of Congress with respect to the families eligible for a commemorative medal authorized for the families of Americans missing or otherwise unaccounted for in Southeast Asia.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 1264(b)(l)(A) of the Department of Defense Authorization Act, 1984 (Public Law 98-94; 97 Stat. 704), is amended by inserting "(as of the end of United States participation in hostilities in Southeast Asia)" after "listed". Approved October 30, 1984.
