Real property.

For projects or contracts initiated during the period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act and ending on the date of the enactment of the Military Construction Authorization Act for fiscal year 1987 or October 1, 1986, whichever is later, the following amounts apply: (1) The maximum amount for an unspecified minor military construction project under section 2805 of title 10, United States Code, is $1,000,000. (2) The amount of a contract for architectural and engineering services or construction design that makes such a contract subject to the reporting requirement under section 2807 of title 10, United States Code, is $300,000. (3) The maximum amount per unit for an improvement project for family housing units under section 2825 of title 10, United States Code, is $30,000. (4) The maximum annual rental for a family housing unit leased in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Guam under section 2828(b) of title 10, United States Code, is $10,000. (5)(A) The maximum annual rental for a family housing unit leased in a foreign country under section 2828(c) of title 10, United States Code, is $16,800. (B) The maximum number of family housing units that may be leased at any one time in foreign countries under section 2828(c) of title 10, United States Code, is 32,000. (6) The maximum rental per year for family housing facilities, or for real property related to family housing facilities, leased in a foreign country under section 2828(f) of title 10, United States Code, is $250,000. TITLE VII—GUARD AND RESERVE FORCES FACILITIES SEC. 701. AUTHORIZATION FOR GUARD AND RESERVE FACILITIES

There are authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 1985, for the costs of acquisition, architectural and engineering services, and construction of facilities for the Guard and Reserve Forces, and for contributions therefor, under chapter 133 of title 10, United States Code (including the cost of acquisition of land for those facilities), the following amounts: (1) For the Department of the Army— (A) for the Army National Guard of the United States, $149,101,000, and (B) for the Army Reserve, $70,700,000. (2) For the Department of the Navy, for the Naval and Marine Corps Reserves, $51,800,000.
