Public Law 99-46 99th Congress An Act To amend the Saccharin Study and Labeling Act.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 3 of the Saccharin Study and Labeling Act (21 U.S.C. 348 nt.) is amended by striking out "During the period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act and ending twenty-four months after the date of enactment of the Saccharin Study and Labehng Act Amendment of 1983" and inserting in lieu thereof "During the period ending 21 USC 301 note. May 1, 1987". Approved May 24, 1985.
