5, United States Code, as added by this Act, including the effect of Ante, p. 1009. the absence of indemnification agreements upon States and localities not eligible under section 9101(b)(3) of title 5, United States Code, for such agreements. (b) Three years after the date of enactment of this Act, section Termination 9101(b)(3) of title 5, United States Code, shall expire. date. Ante, p. 1009.
