To provide for the temporary extension of certain programs relating to housing and community development, and for other purposes.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF FEDERAL HOUSING ADMINISTRATION MORTGAGE INSURANCE PROGRAMS. 12 USC 1703.
(a) TITLE I INSURANCE.—Section 2(a) of the National Housing Act
is amended by striking out "October 1, 1985" in the first sentence and inserting in lieu thereof "November 15, 1985". (b) GENERAL INSURANCE.—Section 217 of the National Housing 12 USC 1715h.
