Section 1. The position of Public Service Officer IV is hereby abolished.
Section 2. The position of Municipal Government Assistant Department Head I (Assistant PESO Manager) is hereby created.
Section 3. In its amended form, Section 1 (A) (5) of Municipal Ordinance No. 6 – 2021 shall therefore appear, as follows:

Section 3. Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval. I hereby certify to the passage of the foregoing Ordinance which was duly approved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Urbiztondo on the 31st day of January, 2022.
