Blue cloth, double-breasted, six button holes in each row, four on turn, two below.

Padded turn-down collar, pointed flaps, with three notched holes on braid, and buttons under.

One button at bottom of each pleat, and one at top at waist seam.

Round cuffs, laced as in full dress, omitting the slash.

Shoulders fitted for epaulettes.

For Midshipmen the collar to have white-turn back, 2 inches wide and a notched hole of white twist 13 long.

Three buttons on each cuff, with braid or twist notched holes.

For Clerks, the cuffs have one row of white cloth, 4 inch wide, but are otherwise the same as for Midshipmen.
