Uncle Sam put on his seven league boots and went into every stale of the Union: and into every town, no matter how small, helping the people to establish their own laws that would keep the whole country safe, and good, and clean.
Uncle Sam spends most of his time at Washington, but he is apt to visit you any day. When he comes he will have much to tell you of the great place among the nations that he is making for the United States. He will ask you to help
