Ghosh, Upendra Nath, b. a., m. r. a. s., Rai Saheb, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, fifth grade, in charge of the Revenue Divisions of Cuttack and Midnapur Canals, joined Government service in 1885, and was appointed Deputy Colletor in 1896. He reached his present grade in 1067 . In 1895 he was deputed to the Public Works Department and appointed to his present post.
