Dr. Han was born in Soochow, Kiangsu, and is 43 years old. He is the founder and general manager of the national transport company, which operates on the Shanghai-Nanking Railway, the Shanghai-Hangchow-Ningpo Railway, the Tientsin-Pukow Railway and the Lunghai Railway, with branch offices at the major stations of each line and accepts freight and parcels for transfer to any part of the world.
