General Chang Fu-lai
張福來字子恒
General Chang Fu-lai was born at Chiaho Hsien, Chihli province, in 1871. He received a military education from a Military Academy in North China and started upon his military career as a common soldier. He has been in Marshal Tsao Kun's camp for more than thirty years during which period he has been promoted through various ranks.
