since 2008, he has been an active member in the movement. In 2016 he became the first Wikimedian-in-Residence in the Land of Valencia, in a joint project with the Valencian Museum of Ethnology. In 2019 he became the Liaison for Spanish Language Communities in the Wikimedia Movement 2030 Strategy Process.

Graduated with an Information and Documentation degree from the University of Barcelona and is currently studying for a Strategic Management of Information and Knowledge in Organizations Master’s Degree at the Open University of Catalonia. He works as a Library Consultant at OCLC Spain, and also works as an assistant professor of the Department of Library Science, Documentation, and Audiovisual Communication of the University of Barcelona. He organized the Information and Communication Edit-a-thon of the Faculty of Information and Audiovisual Media at the University of Barcelona from 2015 to 2017 and has volunteered in Catalan Wikipedia for the #1Lib1Ref campaigns.

Ann Glusker, PhD, is Sociology, Demography, & Quantitative Research Librarian at University of California, Berkeley, where she helps plan in-person Wikipedia edit-a-thons. Previously she was Research and Data Coordinator for the NNLM Pacific Northwest Region. She has worked as a public health epidemiologist and medical librarian and is deeply committed to engaging all people with the use and understanding of data.
