2 | lbs. No. 14 yellow sugar. |
2 | lbs. Canadian maple sugar. |
1 | lb. glucose. |
1 | pt. water. |
Stir continuously and cook to 238° or soft ball.
Set kettle on tub and add 5 pounds Fondant. Work until all fondant is dissolved and add 1 teaspoonful salt, 2 ounces glycerine and 5 pounds Pecan pieces. Work all together and
