The word "inzitierte"is not a typical word in German. It appears to be a German translation of a term from the Brunonian system of medicine that Novalis used. The same idea was used in Fragment 8 of Pollen (see also the discussion on that page.) In parallel with Fragment 8 from Pollen, "inzitierte" here is translated as excite.
