Number in final footnote

It is in no way clear what the number is at the end of the last footnote on this page. I have inferred a "3" from what may just be a smudge. It seems apt: the third letter in Seneca's collection of letters to Lucilius does talk about honesty.

If you have access to a clearer copy, or some other way to identify the appropriate content for this footnote, please confirm this reading or correct it.
