Pai Bigha is a considerable village on the Dardhá river close to the point where it separates from the Murhar, and above 2 miles to the south-east of Bishanpur Ghenjan; there are several square granite pillars roughly dressed. One was clearly a pilaster; the temples they belonged to must have been Saivic, as they are all marked with a deeply cut trisul; they are now set upright in front of the village; besides these there are some remains of statues.
The place was visited by Mr. Peppe, who has, I believe, taken photographs of what was interesting here, but I saw nothing of any particular interest myself.
