This text reads "under secretary for foreign affairs" but is that the wording in the printed work, or an input mistake? The Wikipedia article w:James Bryce, 1st Viscount Bryce reads "Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs". Should it be "of State" or not? --LA2 18:41, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
