Sections and Details[edit]

For this long article, I thought it prudent to use standard WP sections instead of the original shoulder headings, except when the shoulder heading was in the middle of a paragraph, then I retained it. It seems like there are too many sections to me, and that there should be more of a sectioning hierarchy, but in the absence of any guidance in the article, I decided to not try to go farther. I also tried a method for representing the detailed sections using the HTML markup <small style="line-height: 1em">. It is probably a bit too small, but catches enough of the spirit of the original I think it is worth exploring. Without the line-height spec, the lines are too far apart.
