Alas, this is not the text of the Constitution as it existed in 1950. A reference to earlier versions would be useful.
- Correct as far as I can tell. The currently operative Constitution of Hawaii was adopted in 1950 and amended by constitution convention in 1959 and 1978. Those amendments are incorporated into this text. It may be preferable to have multiple versions of the text and to properly identify this text as the constitution as it now exists with those amendments. Prosody (talk) 02:13, 20 April 2014 (UTC)
