Sources and proofreading[edit]

"Rupert the Resembler" comes from a scan of the 1902 edition; I proofread it but I'm not promising that there's nothing I missed.

"The Stolen Cigar Case" comes from the Gutenberg text but has been modified and proofread; words in ALL CAPS have been italicized for example.

"Golly and the Christian" already existed, and I have left it alone; I did not proofread it.

"The Adventures of John Longbowe, Yeoman" already existed, and I have left it alone. No proofreading.

"Dan'l Borem" already existed; no proofreading.

"Stories Three" came in part from a scan of the 1902 edition, and in part from the Gutenberg version. I lightly proofread it against a reprint of the 1902 edition.

"Zut-Ski" already existed, but had been divided into separate pages. I combined them into a single page and proofread the text against a reprint of the 1902 edition.
