Naming the year of the reform[edit]

Hi there... the Ukrainian constitution of 1996 states the year of the promulgation... I think we should rename the current page to state the 2004 reform... Kinda: Constitution of Ukraine (2004)

Differences[edit]

I see some serious differences between the text of this article (taken from the Venice Commission site where it is declared to be an "unofficial translation") and the text in the official web site of the President of Ukraine. I think that the official translation should be taken here. --V1adis1av (talk) 20:15, 6 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong name[edit]

There is NO such thing as Constitution of Ukraine, 2004 or Constitution of Ukraine, 1996. One who came up with this weird name has no idea how such document like a state constitution has to be adopted. There is special procedure for such document which is not like a regular legal document. In 2004 there were constitutional amendments to the Constitution which did make significant change in political governing of the country. Nonetheless, there is only one Constitution of Ukraine.
