Inaccuracy[edit]
This document seems to be quite inaccurate. Significantly, it omits the words "photographic work" in Article 21, paragraph three, which is causing confusion at Wikicommons. It should be replaced by this or this. -Zanhe (talk) 18:00, 28 February 2016 (UTC)
- The Chinese text on fdi.gov.cn alongside the translation we're currently using (old link above seems to have died) has the mentioned "photographic work" clause, which suggests it's definitely a translation issue. And anyway the Investment Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Commerce probably isn't the first source we should go to to find an authoritative translation of a law from. I agree it should be replaced, will look into doing it when I have some time if noone beats me to it. Prosody (talk) 01:11, 29 February 2016 (UTC)
