Hansard[edit]

[2]: The Official Report of Debates (or Hansard) is a verbatim report of the House proceedings, published after each sitting day. Hansard follows the actual order of the proceedings of the House, which are based on the Order of Business for that day. Not merely recording the speeches of Members in debate, Hansard reports the full deliberations of the House, including other comments and remarks made by Members in the Chamber. In addition, the Debates contain the division lists and written answers to questions on the Order Paper. The Debates are published separately for each official language and the original language used by the speaker is indicated. At the conclusion of a parliamentary session, final revisions are made to the Hansard documents. They are then compiled and published electronically in CD-ROM format.

Notice Regarding the Reproduction of these Publications[edit]
