Out of order chapters

When downloading this entire book (all three volumes in one file, as a compilation, from the download button on the "Title Pages" page) in both PDF and ePUB format, every chapter in Volume 1 after Chapter 1 is after the end of Volume 3. As such, although the table of contents links to the correct chapters, when reading from the beginning, it proceeds as Vol. 1, Chapter 1, to Vol. 2, Chapter 1. I'm not technically skilled to know how to fix this so that the chapters are in the correct order, but I should bring it to the attention of someone that may know how.
