this is a replication of the story...is it not a copyright violation?

Reply: Yeah, I don't really agree with all this free sourcing...they should have parts of the books, but surely not the whole books in their entirety? If the "Wikisource licensing" is totally valid, then why don't book shops have the same licensing and just give books away for free? Where is the credit for the original author anywhere at all? It seems people are the first to condemn music copyright, regarding most primarily having sympathy for the artist, for his talent he has used to make him money, but when it comes to literature its a different kettle of fish alltogether.
