The Riksdag website appears to have been changed, and given source URL no longer works.
The Wayback Machine has an archived copy of the URL circa 2010; however, this version appears to include text amendments, newer than the version captured by the current Wikisource page. Searching the Riskdag website, the more current, official version of the Instrument of Government appears to be here (PDF; Google Docs viewer).
Should this Wikisource page be updated to reflect the newer copy of the document, or should the newer text be captured on a new page, with this page's version kept for historical reference? --Piet Delport (talk) 01:54, 3 November 2012 (UTC)
