- I don't know alot of html, so I don't use that. Honestly I don't know what it does. If you can replicate the formatting you need in wikiformat I would try and use the wiki, but you can use html if you are more comfortable with that. Also this needs to be linked in the US Code You might want to read Template talk:Section to see how we are linking to parts of the US Code that may or may not already exist.
