Replace with scan backed edition

I propose to replace this with transcluded text from the (probably) first UK edition. So far, at chapter 10, there is almost no difference between the two versions - if you except Americanised spellings and the usage of "Oh, ..." instead of "O ..." in this edition; and of all-caps for italics.
