Ernie G Question Where do the italics come from? Are all italics or emphasis in the original?

In Particular That the people have a right to keep and bear arms; that a well-regulated militia, including the body of the people capable of bearing arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defence of a free state.

The words --> capable of bearing arms

The italics are in Jonathan Eliot's edition which this webpage is based on, you can view that particular page here.
