[edit]This is the text of a resolution that authorized the House of Representatives to dismiss Articles of Impeachment against former Judge Samuel Kent (who had resigned by this time). Since former Judge Kent was never tried before the Senate, this is being added to complete the record. If anyone wants to pitch in to make this text great, go ahead!
