This text is derived from the version of the South Africa Act 1909 printed in RH Brand's The Union of South Africa, Oxford-Clarendon Press (1909). I have proof read the text and believe it to be an accurate version of the source text in terms of spelling, punctuation, capitalisation, and, of course, content. A further (pdf) version of the text can be found here. I would be happy to provide the OCR scan file (2.8MB, .tif) that I used to any interested proof readers.

- I've also taken a look at the text and can find no problems. Looks like a solid piece of work. Andycarrs 00:20, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
