Could the main contributor to mounting this text at Wikisource provide a couple of important bits of metadata?

 1. The headings should indicate that this is an English translation (and not the original Sanskrit)
 2. Provide the bibliographical information of the book from which this was transcribed.  I'm guessing it's Bhishagratna, but this should be confirmed and made clear in the Wikisource metadata.
