From the scans and OCR'd text files on archive.org; edited by the contributor. Note that four pages (two each in chapters 3, 21) are missing from the scans; for completeness these have been (roughly) translated from the French by the contributor.
The translation appears to be fairly complete, with a few quirks (e.g. repeated use of Frith of Clyde for w:Firth of Clyde).
