This template inserts the Hebrew character Shin with Sin dot (the left-side dot). It is needed, because this is the only way to properly display the Shin with Sin dot in some words until Bug 2399 is fixed.
It has a Hebrew name, because this makes it easier to insert it in Hebrew text.
