Creates a 2nd-level subheading called "Annotations" with <references />.
Usage

{{annotation}}, {{annotations}} and {{annotation header}}. These are used to create an annotated version of a work as a subpage to the original work
Placement
[edit]At the bottom of the mainspace page.
