Header generation template for Cassell's Illustrated History of England, pages where the page number is on the right.

Parameters[edit]
- 1 - Right hand heading. The template uses small caps formatting internally. A.D should be added as
a.d. - 2 - Central heading as shown in scans.
- 3 - Page number
