Generates a 2 entry running header or footer, with the page numbers as the first or second item, for verso and recto pages respectively.
This template does not apply any style directly. Please use Page styles or Index styles to set these up as appropriate by defining styles for the classes .wst-recto and .wst-verso , for recto and verso appearance respectively.
