Suggestion

To replicate the semantics of {{sfrac}}:

{{#tag:math|\scriptstyle{ {{{1|}}}\frac{ {{#if:{{{3|}}}|{{{2|}}}|{{{1|}}}}} }{ {{#if:{{{3|}}}|{{{3}}}|{{{2|}}}}} } } }}
