SYLLABUS OF TRAINING.

The following syllabus of training for Senior Cadets is published for the guidance of all concerned and will be adhered to as closely as local conditions permit.

In order that the syllabus may be followed, it will be necessary to train the different quotas separately as far as possible in companies or sections.

This may not be practicable in many small training localities, and in these cases Brigade Majors and Area Officers will see that the instruction is carried out on progressive lines and as far as possible in accordance with the syllabus.

This syllabus covers the time available at com­pulsory parades only. The syllabus for voluntary parades should be arranged by the Area Officer and cover the same work for each quarter as is laid down in this syllabus.

The programme of parades (C.M. Form M.14) will be made out to show under different headings the time allotted to each subject.
