The Ward Trade Board has authorized export and import trade between the United States and the Czechoslovak Republic, at least as far as Bohemia and Moravia are concerned; it seems to take the position that all of Bohemia and Moravia, as they existed on August 1, 1914, are definitely included in the republic, while the boundaries of Slovakia are not yet established. The same ruling was made by the Federal Reserve Bank with respect to sending money to Bohemia and Moravia.
