STANTON, Frank Lebby, American journalist and poet: b. Charleston, S. C, 1857. He has resided in Atlanta, Ga., since 1894 and is now on the editorial staff of the Atlanta Constitution. He has published ‘Songs of the Soil’; ‘Comes One With a Song’ (1898); ‘Songs from Dixie Land’ (1900); and ‘Up from Georgia’ (1902); and ‘Little Folks Down South.’
