1 The oldest tree in the world. A giant Club-moss (Lepidodendron) flourished in Devonian times (q.v.). Restored, natural size, from only known fossil, found in New York State, and now in New York State Museum. 2 Specimens of Club-moss (Lycopodium q.v.) the present living representative of the Devonian giant.
