Lindauer Sought For Back Alimony. Paterson, New Jersey. A warrant is out for Charles Lindauer, former official of the New Jersey Highway Authority, for owing $505 for support of his ex-wife, Adele, of Clifton and their children. Last week Superior Court Judge William A. Hegarty held Lindauer was in contempt of court for being $505 in arrears in his $35 a week alimony payments. Last October Lindauer paid $550 of a balance owed of $1,055. The warrant means he may be jailed until the $505 remaining is paid. Lindauer's address is given as 292 Governor Street, Paterson.
