Ghose, Debendra Nath, B.A., Rai Sahib, Deputy Superintendent, .Commercial Intelligence Department, Calcutta; b. 1869: educ; Govt. Model School, and the Presidency College, Calcutta; was awarded the Buresman gold medal of the Calcutta University, 1910; joined the Finance and Commerce Deptt., 1911; became Deputy Superintendent 1906; Rai Sahib, 1911; is a Member of the Theosophical Society, and a Fellow of the Royal Statistical and Economic Societies.
