Rigg, Henry, M.I.C.E., Indian P.W.D. (retired); joined service as Assistant Engineer, 1862; served in various places in the Presidency of Madras, and became Executive Engineer, 1868; on special duty in Upper Burma, (medal and clasp) 1885-6: Manager and Engineer-in-Chief, Burma State Railway, 1889; Consulting Engineer to Government of India (Railway Branch), 1892; Consulting Engineer of Railways, Lucknow, 1896; retired, 1898.
