Nathaniel Richards.

An Author in the time of King Charles the First, and published one Play about the beginning of the Civil Wars, called,

Messalina, the Roman Empress, her Tragedy, 8 vo. 1640. This was acted divers times by the Company of his Majesty’s Revels, with great Applause; and dedicated to the Right Honourable, John Cary, Viscount Rochford. Plot from Suetonius, Claudian, Pliny, Juvenal, and Plutarch.
