PUBLIC NOTICE.


TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the AMERICAN MUSEUM OF SAFETY, a domestic corporation, having its principal business office in the Borough of Manhattan, City, County and State of New York, do apply to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, at Special Term, held at Part I. thereof, to be held at the County Court House, in the City and County of New York, on the 19th day of November, 1918, at 10:15 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, for an order authorizing the said corporation to change its corporate name to the SAFETY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA.
