Death of Judge Fitzgerald

The death has taken place at his residence in Dublin of the Hon. David FitzGerald, K.C., formerly County Court Judge for Waterford, Kilkenny, and Queen's County. Mr. Fitzgerald, who was in his 73rd year, was the son of the late Lord FitzGerald, a Lord of Appeal and was educated at Downing College, Cambridge. He was a member of the Bars of both England and Ireland, and had been a County Court Judge for many years. He retired some months ago. He married in 1894 Isabella, daughter of the late Luke McDonnell, of Dublin.
