Secretary, 1914-17, and President in 1918: represented Chamber of Commerce at Irish Convention, 1917-18: Chairman Andrews and Co. (Dublin), Ltd., and Director Hugh Moore and Alexanders, The Linen Hall; Hon. Secretary Dublin and City Recruiting Committee during period of the Great War; J.P. Co. Dublin, and D.L. for City of Dublin, and a Member of the Senate of the first Irish Parliament: b. 15th Nov., 1859; youngest son of late Henry Andrews, Hastings, Blackrock. Res.: Orton, Seapoint Avenue. Monkstown. Co. Dublin.
