District 1903-05; Staff Officer, Coast Defences, S. Command, 1905-08; D.A.Q.M.G. and G.S.O., Head Quarters, India, 1908-12; Inspector (temp. Brig.-Gen.) of R.G.A., 1918-19, retired with hon. rank of Brig.-Gen. 1919; fourth son of late Gen. John Maxwell Perceval, C.B., of Dillon House, Downpatrick, Co. Down; b. 1864; m. 1898, Isabel Gordon, dau. of Col. Frederick de Lemare Morison, of Mountblairy, Turriff, Scotland. Res.: Kilmore Hall, Tallow, Co. Waterford.
